Pizzakaya is not a gluten-free restaurant.  However, we take great precautions to separate the processes.  We use separate mixing tools, bowls, knives, etc.  Gluten-free pizzas, for example, never come into contact with other equipment used for gluten items, from beginning to end and until it is received by the customer.  Pizzakaya is not responsible for any gluten or gluten-allergy sickness as a result of eating at our establishment.
